I had my mattress cleaned and overall, it was a really good experience. The cleaner was friendly and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. It was surprising (and a bit gross!) to see how much dirt came out of the mattress—I definitely feel better knowing it’s been cleaned. If I had one small wish, I would’ve liked the cleaning to be a bit more thorough or take a little more time. But all in all, I’m happy with the service and feel refreshed!

Made the right decision in choosing Kevin to resolve my mattress problem. Not only he managed to save the mattress from cat’s pee (stained & smell), he even helped in giving instructions to reduce the damage before the appointment time. He has my respect in his enthusiasm and passion for mattress. I had to ask him to come for second round since I just realised the pee went to the small part of the side mattress too, with no additional charges he actually re do the process of cleaning again for the side mattress. Hats off to Kevin for helping me in saving my mattress 🥳

This was a last minute request. I was contemplating of buying a vacuum to clean my mattresses. So i was reading on vacuums and was googling and suddenly i saw the service provided by Kelvin. Kevin was friendly, polite, and honest about the condition of our mattresses as well as what he could help with. A little late to the appointment but communicated that and was probably due to a packed schedule as it was close to Chinese New Year period. Made up for it with his efficiency in completing the mattress cleaning. He was forthcoming in giving a breakdown of the process, what to do to dry them out after the cleaning, and showed the before and after conditions of the water he used as part of the cleaning process. He was responsive throughout all our communication. His willingness to schedule a closer appointment in spite of it being close to Chinese New Year was much appreciated. I am impressed with the cleaning results! From the start, it was clear that Kevin is incredibly detailed and thorough in his work. He took the time to ensure every corner was cleaned and sanitised. The difference in the quality of the mattress was immediately noticeable, and it felt fresh and revitalised.It helped with my son's sinus issues. He had been struggling with congestion and allergies for a while, and after the mattress cleaning, his symptoms noticeably improved. So glad we got our mattresses cleaned by this group! My sons used to suffer frequently from nosebleeds and clogged sinuses every morning until out of desperation I contacted Kevin to help us clean. If there was a 6-star option, i'd choose that. Kevin is very accountable for his work, and does a good job.He's punctual, sends a confirmation a day before the visit (in case you're worried that he has forgotten), takes time to explain the process, and even shares a covid test result on the morning of the visit (even though he wasn't asked to!).He also doesn't try to upsell you unnecessarily, suggesting only the type of service you really need. An honest man.I appreciate the extra gestures. Definitely one I'd recommend to friends/family.

Kevin came over and provided both Wet (remove stain) and Steam (kill germs, dust mites, allergens) service for my mattresses.His knowledge was vast and has many different solutions for various hygiene issues you may have.His service was very professional (sent reminder 1 day before, punctual, did covid test before coming, deep sanitise entire machine before bringing it to your house to avoid cross contamination between houses).100% would use him again. Wait for Mr Kevin. My one advice. He was so patient with me eventhough I cancelled at the last minute due to possibility of floods. When I contacted him again, he didn't ask for payment upfront eventhough it is company policy. He is a kind hearted man who takes the time to answer all your questions when most people just want to gaotim and go. He is a people person. He went as far as to assure me we dont use gloves and I use the same detergent in my own home where my children sleep. It's hard to find kind and honest people like this nowadays. Doesn’t just do mattresses, but couches and furniture as well! Kevin knew how to treat my suede couches and dining chairs, using deep dry cleaning, as well as some steaming. He was happy to answer all my questions, and gave me some helpful advice on how to handle the mildew in my apartment. Got a free alcohol swab to treat my mildew. Kevin is a great communicator, and explained everything very clearly and in a way that I can understand. The quote was clearly laid out with the cost of cleaning each piece of furniture specified. He also did a Covid test before coming over. Kevin knows how to put people at ease, as well as does quality work. Recommend!

The results were incredible! All the stains + smell was gone and my mattress looked as good as new! Wasn’t expecting that result as I had my mattress deep cleaned before by another service and the results were nowhere near of what I have now! My allergies agre gone and my bed feels & smells much cleaner! 10/10 service and thank you Kevin for his advice as well!

I highly recommend this company specially Kevin. He and his team were very prompt and efficient. Our couches,
mattresses and chairs were stained from shipping and after their cleaning they all looked good and almost brand new. I was hoping though that they would charge per hour instead of per piece as we had a lot of pieces to get cleaned so the bill was quite huge. However, we got what we paid for which was top notch service and efficient cleaning. We are very satisfied of the outcome.

Kevin is a very responsible and he make sure his client is well communicated from booking confirmation to 1 day before reminder to on the same day when he is coming over. His service is very professional and ensure that he show the before and after picture. He also make sure he doesn't dirty the client place and clean his mess before he complete his service. Although I have told him that i wanted the service urgently, I didnt expect him to make time for me on the same day but he did. Well my cat peed on my bed! So I googled and found this page. Kevin replies in a minute or so and explained in a very good manner. The next day he came and walk the talk.
