Terms of Service

  1. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of RM100 is required. This deposit confirms your appointment and will be deducted from the total balance.
  2. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than “24 hours” before the appointment will incur a RM100 penalty charge, as the timeslot has been reserved exclusively for you. Such last minutes changes also result in lost business opportunities for our company because it prevent us from accepting other booking.
  3. Kindly note that our service fee does not include parking charges. Any parking fees incurred at the venue will be borne by the client.
  4. By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that variations in the cleaning are normal and do not constitute a failure to provide the service as agreed. No refunds, discounts or compensation shall be provided solely on the basis that the final outcome differs from the client’s expectations, provided the service has been delivered professionally and in accordance with the agreed requirements. The client further agrees that any outstanding balance payment must be settled in full upon completion of the service.
